Background Occasionally,coronary arteries without significant stenosis are observed during invasive treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI),but there arent some data about predictive factors and prognosis in these patients.This paper was to investigate the clinical characteristics and long-term clinical outcomes of patients with normal or nearly normal coronary arteriograms.
