Background To retrospectively analyze safety of low-osmolar contrast media in patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with primary PCI.Methods From January 2011 to October 2013,we enrolled 116 cases of clinical data in our hospital,which underwent emergency cardiology patients treated with primary PCI due to acute myocardial infarction.Low-osmolar contrast media-Iopamidol were used in all operations,the amount of Iopamidol were recorded.Preoperative eGFR was estimated according to MDRD equation,renal function was monitored in 5-7 days.Retrospective analysis of 116 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients which underwent emergency application use Low-osmolar contrast media,without preoperative hydration treatment,and its direct incidence of CIN after PCI and its influencing factors.SPSS 13.0 statistical package was used for statistical analysis and processing.
