封装材料性能优劣的快速筛选法

【摘要】

：

一、封装材料老化性能的重要性光伏封装材料如图所示,主要包括盖板玻璃、EVA胶膜、背板,作为光伏组件的关键封装材料,承担着对组件内部电池片阵列进行封装、保护、绝缘和抗老化等重要功能,且此功能须满足25年以上室外连续工作要求,以保证光伏组件25年的光电转换.所以封装材料老化性能的好坏直接决定了组件的寿命和转化率.
