1.Introduction In last decade,crystalline silicon solar cells (sc/mc-Si) have been the mainstream of photovoltaic industry (＞90 ％),and will continue to be in next ten or even more years!Area of cell:243.4 cm2 Size:156 ×156×0.18 mm3 Efficiency of production line:～17.5-18 ％@ mc-Si～19.5-20 ％@ sc-Si Lab record:25.4 ％@sc-Si Multi-crystalline silicon (mc-Si) solar cells have played an extremely important role in the present PV industry,i.e.36.5GWin the year 2013,more than 70 ％is mc-Si cells.
