In this study,micronization of several drug particles using supercritical fluid process was performed.According to the solubility of drug in supercritical fluid,either RESS (Rapid Expansion of Supercritical Solution) process or ASES (Aerosol Solvent Extraction System) process can be determined.Ibuprofen,Cefpodoxime Proxetil (CPD),Cetirizine dihydrochloride (CTZ),and Loperamide hydrochloride (LPM) were used in this work.
