Introduction : The aim of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of second generation dual-source computed tomography (DSCT) coronary angiography for assessment of coronary artery disease (CAD)Method : During 12 months (from January 2012 to December 2012), 108 patients were examined by second-generation DSCT (Somatom Definition Flash, Siemens Healthcare, Erlangen, Germany) coronary angiography without heart rate control and underwent conventional coronary angiography at Bach Mai hospital.The image acquisition of DSCT was compared with the result of conventional coronary angiography to assess the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy for evaluation of coronary artery disease.
