Introduction : The widely used late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the clinic has several limitations in evaluating fibrosis in patients with non-ischemic cardiomyopathy. The recent T1 Mapping imaging is expected to overcome the conventional limitations of delayed enhancement, quantitative evaluation of the scope and extent of involvement of myocardial fibrosis. The purpose of the study was to investigate the diagnostic value of T1 mapping imaging of evaluating fibrosis in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM).
