Introduction : To determine CT images best fit for electroanatomical mapping and to minimize exposure for RFCA patients by optimizing pulmonary vein CT protocol.Method : From March to September 2012, 33 patients were performed pulmonary vein CT with retrospective ECG-triggered helical scan mode for RFCA.We divided these patients into two groups; patients with regular and irregular heart rhythm.
