Introduction : Purpose of this study was to retrospectively compare image quality of coronary artery(CA) and radiation dose in patients undergoing non-ECG-triggered high-pitch helical CT or non-ECG-synchronized standard pitch helical CT of thoracoabdominal aorta.To evaluate average heart rate (AHR) required for diagnostic imaging of CA, we compared image quality of CA in patients undergoing non-ECG-triggered high-pitch helical CT based on their AHR.
