Introduction : Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is the main cause of sudden cardiac death in the young, the mechanism is believed due to malignant ventricular and myocardial fibrosis was thought to be the pathological substrate, as an independent determinant of adverse cardiac events.This study was aim to evaluate the prognostic role of myocardial fibrosis detected by cardiac magnetic resonance late gadolinium enhancement (LGE-CMR) in the mid-term follow up.

目的:比较空心螺钉与重建钢板固定耻骨联合分离的力学稳定性和生物相容性,为临床的内固定术式选择提供依据.方法:对耻骨联合分离患者的髋关节进行CT扫描,建立耻骨联合分离的三维有限元模型,在MIMICS软件中采用虚拟手术功能对耻骨联合进行复位,分别建立重建钢板螺钉内固定及空心螺钉内固定的模型,并于加载后进行非线性有限元分析,通过应力、应变云图等观察骨组织中的应力分布特点.
