Introduction : To evaluate the prognostic value and characteristics of the subclinical atherosclerotic plaques (SAP) subsequently resulting in acute coronary syndrome assessed by coronary CT angiography (CCTA)Method : From ESCORT study of 5,142 asymptomatic individuals, we evaluate the characteristics of SAP in 38 patients (mean age 60±11 yrs, male 81.3％) with subsequently resulting in acute coronary syndrome during a median of 5 years of follow-up.
