Introduction : The aims of this study were to compare the diagnostic capability of MDCT for defining cardiac anatomy in comparison with echocardiography and cardiac catheterization.Method : Sixty patients (42m, 18f) with age range between 6 months to 42 years were included in the study.All patients underwent echocardiography and Cardiac MDCT using acquisition and contrast protocols according to their body weight.
