Introduction : As an extracellular macrocyclic gadolinium chelate, Gadobutrol has been introduced in MRI examination recently.However, its application in cardiac MR (CMR) has not been well studied with the comparison of conventional liner chelate.The purpose is to compare the effect of 0.15 mmol/kg gadobutrol with 0.20 mmol/kg gadopentetate dimeglumine in late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) for the diagnosis of fibrotic myocardium in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM).
