Introduction : To evaluate and analysis the image quality of whole-heart coronary magnetic resonance angiography (WH CMRA).Method : Eighty-eight patients underwent WH CMRA without contrast material (Siemens, Sonata 1.5T).WH CMRA was acquired using a 3D ECG-triggered, navigator-gated, fat-suppressed, T2-prepared steady state free precession sequence.Image quality of WH CMRA images was evaluated basis using a 4-point scale (1-not visible; 2-poor vessel delineation or moderate motion artifacts; 3-good vessel delineation with minor artifacts; 4-excellent vessel delineation with no apparent artifacts).Segments with a score of I were excluded from further analysis. The diagnostic performance ofWH CMRA in detecting stenosis was compared with conventional angiography as stenosis ≥50%.
