Background Amiodarone hydrochloride injection shows à curative effect in the treatment of patients with cardiac arrhythmias,but amiodarone hydrochloride injection can lead to some adverse reactions.Phlebitis occurs when intravenous amiodarone hydrochloride injection was infused via a peripheral site,along the vein to appear red,swelling,heat,pain,or (and) red cord-like or branch-like change along the puncture vein proximal,serious case can show vein induration inelastic with tendemess,and even the emergence of the distal end of the abscess and necrosis.These symptoms are also found even in the absence of physic liquor exosmosis,which make patients suffering.In order to relieve the pain,we tried liquid dressing by topical spraying treatment to deal with phlebitis induced by amiodarone hvdrochloride iniection
