Aim: To study the anti-tumor effect of three kinds of traditional chinese medicine(TCM) and discuss the mechanisms about sarcoma cell apoptosis and angiogenesis.Methods: The second day of S180-bearing mice model established, mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, cyclophosphamide (CTX) group (50 mg/kg) and three TCM groups.After 10 days of different treatments, the tumor inhibition rate were measured, and the expression of Bcl-2, Bax, caspase-3 and VEGF protein in the tumor tissues were investigated by Western blot.
