　　Objective The triangular fibrocartilegecomplex(TFCC)markedly contributes to the stabilizationof the distal radioulnar joint(DRUJ) and the ulnar carpus via the ulnar carpal ligament complex.Recent biomechanical studies have evaluated that the DRUJ stability after traumatic TFCC lesions.This research is to analyze the therapy of the bone suture anchors treating the TFCC injurywith ulnar styloid fracture.Methods 4 cases of ulnar styloid fracture with TFCC injury were collected in orthopedic surgery department of west China hospital from Aug.2012 to Jan 2013.The average follow-up time was 3.75 months.
