The embryo manipulating techniques such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), are widely applied in basic biology using laboratory animals, assisted reproductive medicine, livestock propagation and other fields.Fertilization with IVF and ICSI shows good performance of development and the individuals produced by these techniques develop healthy with normal appearance.However, early development stage from fertilization to implantation is a period when genome-wide changes in the epigenetic landscape occur.
