  In this paper, the molybdenum coating was successfully deposited on the surface of diamond particles by direct current magnetron sputtering method, its surface morphology and chemical composition were analyzed.Then the Diamond/Al composites was prepared by gas pressure infiltration method, and the effects of the heat-treatment temperature on the thermal conductivity were studied in detail.
