Objective: To determine whether EGFR can be used to predict prognosis to concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) of patients with locally advanced ESCC.Methods: A total of 47 patients with locally advanced ESCC who were treated with CCRT were included in this study.Chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments commenced on thesame day.Patients received a total radiation dose of approximately60 Gy given in 30 fractions (1.8 to 2 Gy per fraction, 5/W).
