Objective: To measure the expressions of NRAGE, HDAC3,and NF-κB in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues.To analyze the relationships between NRAGE, HDAC3, and NF-κB expressions, as well as clinicopathologic characteristics of esophageal carcinoma, and determine the relationship between NRAGE, HDAC3, and NF-κB expressions, as well as radiotherapy curative effects in esophageal carcinoma tissues.This study also aims to provide preliminary investigation on the relationships between NRAGE, HDAC3, and NF-κB, as well as radioresistance in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients,and provide a theoretical foundation for formulating reasonable and effective individualized treatment plans for esophageal carcinoma patients.
