Project Address ARCHITECTURES DAVID TAJCHMAN, TARIFE, ISRAEL David Tajchman, Belgian architect David Tajchman designed a conceptual multifunctional high-rise building, the Gran Mediterraneo, for the design of Tel Aviv, the second largest city in Israel. Designed to echo UNESCO requirements, the vertical building structure remodeled its skyline for Tel Aviv. The solution incorporates a host of innovative features, including automated parking and induction charging stations specifically designed for charging driverless electric vehicles, as well as multi-functional combinations for vertical living. In addition to being equipped with residential apartments, the hotel, the tower additionally features a bar and restaurant area, a farm area, a communal garden, a swimming pool and a Dead Sea spa.
