全省馆藏文物安全保卫工作会议后,迄今先后发生了凉山州彝族奴隶社会博物馆、雅安市文管所等六起文物被盗案,被盗各类文物、资料达数百件,问题的严重程度是少有的。这一情况,既反映了社会上文物犯罪的日益猖獗,同时也说明了我们有的同志思想麻痹,内部管理混乱,制度不健全,纪律松弛。为贯彻国务院办公厅六月二十二日《关于在当前形势下加强文物安全工作的紧急通知》精神,加强文物安全保卫工作,保证各类文物古迹的绝对安全,现就有关问题通知如下:
