随着课程改革的不断推行,大学生的全面发展越来越受到社会各界的关注。除了加强基本的专业知识技能教育之外,对大学生的身体素质也提出了更高的要求。高校体育课教学承担着锻炼学生体魄,促进学生身心健康的重要责任~([1]),在高校体育课程中适当地加入拓展训练,不仅有助于增强学生体质,同时符合社会发展对人才的需求,已逐渐成为一种趋势。
