在发达国家,人才管理被看作是人力资源管理理念的进一步创新,人才管理已成为一些知名企业工作内容的重点。人才作为企业发展的核心竞争力,越来越受企业的重视。在中国,人力资源管理理论在很大程度上已经不能够满足大型企业快速发展和需要,亟待发掘更强的人力资源管理模式。本文结合国内人力资源的实际状况做了有益的探讨,为适应当代大环境的发展,提出了现代人力资源管理理论与实践的几点思路。
In developed countries, talent management is seen as a further innovation in the concept of human resource management. Talent management has become the focus of the work of some well-known enterprises. Talent as the core competitiveness of enterprise development, more and more enterprises attach importance. In China, the theory of human resource management can not meet the rapid development and needs of large-scale enterprises to a large extent, and it is urgent to find more human resources management modes. This article makes a useful discussion based on the actual situation of domestic human resources. In order to adapt to the development of the contemporary environment, this article puts forward some ideas of modern human resources management theory and practice.
