患者男性,13岁,因四肢进行性无力9年就诊。患者4岁以前走路正常,4岁以后经常易摔倒,逐渐加重。走路左右摇摆,上楼梯困难,蹲下后站不起来。两上肢也感无力,尤以上举时明显。两手握物也无力。病后发现双小腿肌肉肥大。无吞咽、呼吸及眼肌功能障碍。就诊时上小学四年级,成绩中等。患者系第一胎,足月顺产。父母非近亲结婚。患者兄弟姐妹3人。其弟有同样疾病。其妹9岁,健康。
