若想实现节能降耗,必须结合机电设备的工艺流程,将暖通空调、设备工艺流程和照明系统等变成“可控制、可调节和可管理”。发展智能建筑的初衷是为了更加合理、高效地利用建筑中的电气设备,减少不必要的能源消耗,为人们提供一个安全、高效、舒适、便利和节能的建筑环境。智能建筑电气节能是一个系统工程,既要考虑通常意义上的建筑电气节能,又要考虑建筑智能化系统的节能问题。因此需要综合各方面因素,优化电气设计方案,合理应用各项节能技术,避免出现智能化系统开通率和利用率不高等问题。
