本实验系采用侧脑室恒压(5.2kPa)注血建立兔脑室出血动物模型来研究BAEP在各个时期的变化,并探讨其变化的病理基础。结果显示:注血后BAEPⅠ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波PL及Ⅰ-Ⅲ,Ⅲ-Ⅴ波IPL在3小时内可以正常或轻度缩短,而后随时间逐渐延长,12小时后,Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波PL及Ⅰ-Ⅱ,Ⅲ-Ⅴ波IPL进一步延长,波幅逐渐降低,Ⅴ至Ⅰ波先后消失。其延长的可能机制:①髓鞘周期线分离;②神经细胞内外Na~+,K~+浓度差下降;③神经递质含量减少。
In this study, intraventricular pressure constant (5.2kPa) was used to establish animal models of ventricular hemorrhage in rabbits to study the changes of BAEP at various stages and to explore the pathological basis of the changes. The results showed that PLPⅠ, Ⅲand Ⅴ wave PL and Ⅰ-Ⅲ and Ⅲ -Ⅴ wave IPLs could be normal or mildly shortened within 3 hours after injection, and then gradually extended with time. After 12 hours, Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ wave PL and Ⅰ-Ⅱ, Ⅲ-Ⅴ IPL further extended, the amplitude gradually decreased, Ⅴ to Ⅰ wave has disappeared. The possible mechanism of its extension: ① myelin cycle line separation; ② inside and outside the nerve cells Na ~ +, K ~ + concentration difference decreased; ③ neurotransmitter content decreased.
