B3Q型悬臂取料机是应用于港口码头的大型装卸设备,长期使用后出现液压缸横梁开裂以及斗轮减速器故障率高的问题,需要进行技术改造。建立B3Q型悬臂取料机的力学模型,设定边界条件,应用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析。根据有限元分析计算结果,建立取料机悬臂钢结构的等效应力模型图,对取料机的主要承载部位布置重点检测点,为取料机进行现场应力实测提供重要依据。
B3Q Cantilever Recycler is a large loading and unloading equipment used in port terminals. After long-term use, cracking of hydraulic cylinder beams and high failure rate of bucket wheel speed reducers are required, and technological transformation is required. The mechanical model of B3Q cantilever was set up, the boundary conditions were set, and the finite element analysis was carried out by ANSYS software. According to the results of finite element analysis, the equivalent stress model of the cantilever steel structure of the reclaimer is established, and the key test points are arranged on the main bearing parts of the reclaimer, which provides an important basis for the field stress measurement of the reclaimer.
