2自由度滑台是在3自由度摇摆台摇摆的环境下进行水平和垂直运动的物理仿真试验台。介绍滑台结构、控制系统及测量系统的组成和功能。采用伺服控制器、驱动器、交流伺服电机、旋转变压器与直线磁栅尺组成位置、速度及电流3闭环伺服控制系统,实现滑台正弦运动控制。PLC完成集中逻辑控制和保护及故障报警。测量系统实现数据采集、处理、位置显示、运动曲线绘制和数据传送用户等功能。通过用户使用表明,滑台具有很好的稳定性、可靠性和可操作性,精高度。
