一、前言电气矩阵在工业上已得到了广泛的使用。它的最大优点是:依靠二极管插销,可使通用的电气矩阵迅速地转换成各种特定回路,以满足不同的工作要求。本文根据电气矩阵的原理,提出一种液压矩阵的构思。在本液压矩阵中,依靠改变插销位置,可使通用的液压矩阵迅速地转换成各种特定的液压系统,以满足不同的工作要求。二、液压矩阵的结构及工作原理图1为液压矩阵的总装简图。它由动力、传动机构、控制阀和工步转换器等所组成。图2为液压矩阵的主要零件图。
I. INTRODUCTION Electrical matrix has been widely used in industry. Its biggest advantage is: relying on the diode pin, the general electrical matrix can be quickly converted into a variety of specific circuits to meet different job requirements. According to the principle of electrical matrix, this paper presents a concept of hydraulic matrix. In this hydraulic matrix, repositioning of the pins allows the universal hydraulic matrices to be quickly converted into a variety of specific hydraulic systems to meet different job requirements. Second, the hydraulic matrix structure and working principle Figure 1 is the hydraulic assembly diagram of the matrix. It consists of power, transmission, control valves and step converters and other components. Figure 2 shows the main components of the hydraulic matrix.
