It has been described in the past that dengue type II virus and dengue antiserum sub-neutralized mixture can increase human peripheral blood mononuclear phagocyte suspension of Dengue virus infection. In the present study, the authors found that a representative flavivirus antisera has the property of promoting proliferation. The antibodies were all increased after 1-3 doses of flavivirus were injected into rabbits. Except 1 part, 24 copies of flavivirus antisera all enhanced the infection of dengue type II virus without slight mononuclear phagocytes.
