(April 18, 1990) Dear Leaders and Deputies, First of all, please allow me, on behalf of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, to extend my warm congratulation on the founding of the China Association of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection. The China Association of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection is currently the largest manufacturer of boilers Pressure vessel industry first recognized by the government statutory bodies across the region, cross-sectoral, national inspection Association. I believe the founding of the association will surely promote the development of safety and quality inspection of boiler and pressure vessel in China and improve the safety and technical level of pressure vessels in boilers and will surely play an active role in strengthening mutual exchanges and cooperation with international counterparts. Our State Bureau of Technical Supervision is in charge of the national standardization work, measurement work, product quality supervision and product quality management
