(1989)民社函第350号中国锅炉压力容器检验协会筹备组:你组一九八九年五月五日《关于成立中国锅炉压力容器检验协会申请书》收悉。经审核,该协会已具备全国性社会团体法人资格,同意成立中国锅炉压力容器检验协会(社团编制另行核定)。待《中华人民共和国社会团体登记管理条例》颁布后,再按其规定补办注册登记手续。该协会成立后,应遵守国家法律和有关方针政策,接受社团管理机关的管理和监督,重大活动要及时报告。
(1989) Civil Society Letter No. 350 China Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection Association Preparatory Group: Your group received May 5, 1989 “on the establishment of China Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection Association,” received. After examination, the association already has the national legal personality of social groups, agreed to set up China Association of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection (Society approved separately). Subject to the promulgation of the “Registration and Management Regulations of the Social Organizations of the People’s Republic of China”, the registration procedures shall be re-registered according to the provisions of the Regulations. After the association is established, it should abide by the state laws and the relevant guidelines and policies, accept the management and supervision of the community management organs, and make timely reports on major activities.
