维护广大农民利益.是构建农村和谐社会、实现农村长治久安的基础和前提。最近.开县政协组织委员深人麻柳乡.对该乡创造和实施“八步工作法”、以维护人民群众的根本利益为基点全力构筑和谐社会的群众基础的实践进行了专题调研。通过调查.委员们对“八步工作法”的内涵有了清晰的认识,并对该乡在建立群众利益表达、决策、协调、保障机制方面的经验进行了总结归纳.认为这种工作模式对构建农村和谐社会具有重要参考意义。
