工会作为党领导的工人阶级的群众性组织,肩负着维护职工群众合法权益的基本职责。高校工会的主要职能之一就是维护教职工的合法权益。在新时期,落实教育改革和发展规划《纲要》背景下,如何真正履行好这一基本职责,使维权落到实处,是高校工会工作者高度关注的热点问题。本文就高校工会维权内涵以及如何履行这一基本职责进行探索。
As a mass organization of the working class led by the party, trade unions shoulder the basic duties of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff. One of the main functions of college unions is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff. Under the background of implementing the Outline of Education Reform and Development Plan in the new era, how to truly fulfill this basic duty and make the rights work fall into place are the hot issues that the trade union workers in the colleges and universities attach great importance to. This article explores the connotation of rights protection in college unions and how to fulfill this basic duty.
