黄慎(1687-1768),字恭寿,一字恭懋,号瘿瓢子,又号东海布衣,“扬州八怪”之一。善画人物,神仙僧道,文人高士,村童渔夫。寥寥数笔,往往传神。其草书落款,亦是一绝。黄慎留下的人物画比较多,有的藏于博物馆,有的被私人收藏。不少作品很相像,题款更是近似。可能是画家重复同一题材,也有可能存在真赝之别。我们找出三组作品,细读其题款,做一些思考和判断。
Huang Shen (1687-1768), the word Gong life, the word Christine Mao, No. 瘿 scoop, also the East China Sea commoner, “Yangzhou eight strange ” one. Good painting characters, immortal monk, scholar Gao, village boy fisherman. A few pen, often vivid. The cursive inscriptions, but also a must. Huang Shen left more figure paintings, some hidden in the museum, and some were private collections. Many works are very similar, inscription is approximate. It may be that the painter duplicates the same subject matter, and that there may be something genuine. We find three groups of works, read their inscriptions, do some thinking and judgment.
