校企合作,是职业教育发展的必由之路,也是企业获取新的发展和参与社会竞争的必然选择。而高职导游专业职业教育的实施开展,必须与旅游经济发展的现状尤其是与区域旅游经济的特点相适应,必须与用人单位对技能人才的现实需求相匹配。要实现这个目的,在培养高职导游专业学生的过程中,就必须使教学与实践紧密结合,学校和行业、企业密切合作,大力开展校企合作。
The cooperation between schools and enterprises is the only way for the development of vocational education and an inevitable choice for enterprises to acquire new development and participate in social competition. The implementation of vocational education in higher vocational colleges should be compatible with the current situation of tourism economic development, especially with the characteristics of regional tourism economy. It must match the actual needs of employing personnel for skilled professionals. In order to achieve this goal, in the course of cultivating vocational tour guides in higher vocational colleges, we must make the combination of teaching and practice closely and closely cooperate with schools and enterprises and vigorously carry out the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
