目的建立快速分析50%硫酸镁溶液沉淀物中金属元素杂质的方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICPOES),同时检测硫酸镁溶液沉淀中各种金属元素杂质的成分与含量。结果 ICP-OES法检测硫酸镁溶液沉淀物中Fe、Al、Ca、Cu、Mn、Zn、Ba、K、Na等金属元素均具有良好的灵敏度、精密度及准确度,重复性良好。结论该方法可准确、快捷检测硫酸镁溶液中的各种金属元素杂质,是检验硫酸镁制剂质量水平的有效手段。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method for the analysis of metal elements in 50% magnesium sulfate solution. Methods Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICPOES) was used to detect the composition and content of impurities in various metal elements during the precipitation of magnesium sulfate solution. Results The ICP-OES method has good sensitivity, precision, accuracy and repeatability for the metal elements such as Fe, Al, Ca, Cu, Mn, Zn, Ba, K and Na in the precipitate of magnesium sulfate solution. Conclusion This method can accurately and quickly detect all kinds of metal element impurities in magnesium sulfate solution and is an effective method to test the quality of magnesium sulfate preparation.
