青海省高等级公路建设管理局筹建于1999年,2000年8月正式组建,主要职能是负责全青海省高等级公路建设的资金融资、招标、征地拆迁、工程建设进度管理、资金管理、质量管理及高等级公路收费、还贷、公路养护管理、路政管理等工作。自组建以来,省高管局内强素质、外树形象,超常满负荷运转,“两个文明建设”齐头并进,取得了显著成绩。
Qinghai Provincial High-grade Highway Construction Bureau was established in 1999 and formally established in August 2000. Its main function is to finance capital construction, bidding, land requisition and demolition, construction progress management, treasury management and quality management of high-grade highways in Qinghai Province And high-grade highway charges, repayments, road maintenance management, road management and so on.
