信念是一种强大的力量,信念牵引着生命,引导着人生。坚定信念,就能逾越一切,走向成功。作为一名小学教师,教书育人是我的职责,在教师这个神圣的岗位上,我不断坚定“爱”的信念,用心教育学生。一、“爱”是教育的基础古语云:“师者,传道授业解惑也。”教育家夏丐尊曾说过:“教育之没有感情,没有爱,就如同池塘没有水一样。没有水就不成为池塘,没有爱,就没有教育。”因此,热爱学生、尊重学生、信任学生、严格要求
