设计院拥有众多的技术人才,是基本建设的一个重要环节,因此,理应为我国的四化多作贡献。但要做到这一点,首先要从自身积极努力逐步实现现代化做起。否则,讲搞四化就将流于空谈。设计院现代化的含义,除设计人员掌握先进技术,能够做出现代化的设计外,还应包括设计装备的现代化,设计工作的现代化,如设计方法、设计管理、设计组织、设计体制等自身的现代化问题。本文着重谈设计院自身的现代化。
Design Institute has a large number of technical personnel, is an important part of capital construction, therefore, should be made for our contribution to the four modernizations. However, in order to do this, we must first of all start from making active efforts to gradually achieve modernization. Otherwise, speaking about the four modernizations will come to naught. In addition to the designer’s ability to master advanced technologies and modern design, modern design institutes should also include modernization of design equipment and modernization of design work such as design methods, design management, design organization, design system and other modernizations problem. This article focuses on the design institute’s own modernization.
