随着电信企业竞争的加剧,电信企业更加重视企业管理工作,同时对管理也提出了更高的要求。本文通过对中国电信企业所处外部环境的阐述,运用SWOT方法对其现状进行分析,提出应从市场、人才、企业文化、企业信息化、成本领先战略、企业基础管理工作等方面进行不断丰富、完善和发展的建议,并对企业可持续发展和企业未来的管理方向进行了描述,提出了一系列切实可行的管理方法。
With the intensification of competition among telecom companies, telecom companies pay more attention to enterprise management and put forward higher requirements on management. Based on the exposition of the external environment of China’s telecom enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation by using SWOT method, and proposes to constantly enrich and perfect the market from the aspects of market, personnel, enterprise culture, enterprise informatization, cost leadership strategy and enterprise basic management And development proposals, and describes the sustainable development of enterprises and the management of the future direction of the business were described, put forward a series of practical management methods.
