天津静海团泊足球场采用由混凝土看台及钢结构罩篷组成的混合结构体系,看台设置型钢混凝土柱作为罩篷悬挑桁架的支座。为了真实模拟结构的整体刚度和自振特性,将混凝土看台及钢结构罩篷作为整体结构进行空间分析。基于工程实践,全面介绍结构设计中的关键问题,包括主桁架屋顶罩篷支座形式,设置预应力优化杆件截面、减小悬挑端挠度,假定塔柱与主桁架间的拉杆失效进行结构防倒塌分析。采用有限元软件对结构进行静力非线性、弹性反应谱、弹性时程、屈曲模态分析,验证了结构的安全、稳定、合理性。
Tianjin Jinghai Mission Park football stadium by the concrete stands and steel canopy composed of a mixed structural system, the stands set steel reinforced concrete column as a cantilever truss support. In order to truly simulate the overall structural stiffness and natural vibration characteristics of the concrete stands and steel canopy as a whole structure for spatial analysis. Based on the engineering practice, the key problems in structural design are introduced comprehensively, including the form of the main truss roof canopy support, the prestressing optimization of the cross section of the rod, the reduction of the overhanging end deflection, the assumption of failure of the tie rod between the tower and the main truss Anti-collapse analysis. The finite element software was used to analyze the structure’s static nonlinearity, elastic response spectrum, elastic time history and buckling mode, which verified the safety, stability and rationality of the structure.
