医疗纠纷直接影响一个医院的经济效益和社会效益,有些大的医疗纠纷一闹就是几十天、几个月甚至更长时间,严重干扰医院正常的工作秩序,影响医院管理工作,对医院的损害极大。因此,如何处理和防范医疗纠纷,已成为现代医院管理中最重要的课题之一。作为一个县级综合性医院,近几年我们在医疗纠纷处理和医疗安全管理工作中取得了一定经验。下面,结合我们的经验,谈几点体会。
