本文作者曾在《金属热处理》一九七九年九期发表了题为“热处理工艺的优化设计”一文,本刊本期发表的这篇文章是对该文的补充。热处理工艺是材料工程中的重要环节。它同机械设计、材料科学的结合日益紧密。因此,产品零件的最终寿命不仅仅取决于热处理工艺本身。热处理工艺的优化设计应考虑零件的全部加工过程,从系统工程学的观点,研究如何用最廉价的材料,制订最合理的热处理技术标准,以最低的能源消耗,最高的劳动生产率,最少的环境污染,生产出质量可靠、性能稳定的零件。这在发展应用热处理新工艺新技术时必须予以十分重视。我们刊登这篇文章,旨在引起读者对这个问题的兴趣和注视,并推动对这项工作开展研究。
The author of this paper published an article titled “Optimal Design of Heat Treatment Process” in “Metal Heat Treatment” in 1979. The article published in this issue supplements this article. Heat treatment process is an important part of material engineering. It is with the mechanical design, material science increasingly closely. Therefore, the final life of the product part depends not only on the heat treatment process itself. Optimum design of heat treatment process should consider the whole process of parts, from the system engineering point of view, how to use the cheapest material to formulate the most reasonable heat treatment technology standards, with the lowest energy consumption, the highest labor productivity, the least environment Pollution, to produce reliable, stable performance of the parts. This must be paid great attention in the development and application of new technology of heat treatment and new technology. We publish this article, aiming to arouse readers’ interest and attention on this issue and to promote the research on this work.
