党内选举制度是从马克思、恩格斯、列宁创立无产阶级政党开始就被高度重视的党内民主制度形态。我们党从一成立开始,就在历次党代会通过的党章中继承和发展了由革命导师们所创立的党内选举制度思想,并形成了不断丰富完善的党内选举制度体系。中国共产党党内选举制度的发展演变过程大体经历了四个阶段:民主革命时期、党执政后至十一届三中全会前、十一届三中全会至十六大前、党的十六大以来。
The system of inner-party elections is a form of intra-party democracy that has been attached great importance to since the founding of the proletariat by Marx, Engels and Lenin.
