对手背皮神经的局部位置行程和供应范围的解剖观察中,见到有来自桡神经浅支、尺神经手背支、前臂外侧皮神经、前臂后皮神经等分支支配,其中以桡神经浅支与尺神经浅支支配各2(1/2)指者多见,占84.4±3.4%。桡神经浅支分支的位置以茎突上方35—65mm 者多见。尺神经手背支多数在茎突水平处分成二支转至手背。桡神经浅支与尺神经手背支之间的吻合绝大部分都存在。
