一、概述我厂于1981年自行设计和试制成功线切割机床“高频分组脉冲电源”,经试用获得较好的经济效果。该电源在保证原机床的加工光洁度和精度的条件下,生产率提高1~2倍,对切割厚度大的零件和硬质合金效果尤为显著。高频分组脉冲电源是利用高频分组脉冲进行加工,以代替通常采用间隔脉冲。 r=K_1Wufn (1) Hck=K_2Wu~(1/2) (2)其中r—生产率; K_1—比例系数,它与电极材料的物理常数、介质成分、脉冲持续时间等有关; Wu—单个脉冲能量; fn一脉冲频率;
