一、概述利用簡易的机械方法对机器零件表面进行强化加工,可以大大提高下列的貭量指标:(1)表面硬度;(2)表面光洁度;(3)耐疲强度;(4)耐磨性;(5)耐腐蝕性;(6)使零件內的殘余应力分布良好,减少变形;(7)减少零件在工作中要承受气压或液压时的多孔性等。在机械制造工业中,早已得到广泛应用的零件表面强化法有:(1)錘击表面强化法;(2)滾子滾压法;(3)球形刀具燙压法;(4)噴射鉄砂法等
